- The Diabetes & Metabolism Journal encourages data sharing wherever possible, unless ethical, privacy, or confidentiality concerns prevent it. Authors are encouraged to deposit their data in a publicly accessible repository and provide a link to the digital object identifier (DOI) within the manuscript. The journal adheres to the ICMJE Recommendations for data sharing statements (https://www.icmje.org/recommendations).
