The chronology of the authors can be changed like:
Khurshid Natasha, Bishwajit Bhowmik, A. K. Azad Khan, Akhtar Hussain
Prof Akhtar Hussain did not contributed to the finalization of the script but he had intellectually contributed to the conceptualization, designing improvisation and some data presentation. He is not responsible for the mistakes submitted as final version. As the lead author Khurshid Natasha takes the responsibilities and regrets all the error.
We do apologize for the incorrect statement that the protocol was approved by the Norweigian Ethical Committee, as already provided information regarding the Chandra Diabetes Rural Study (CRDS) for our other papers published in this Journal (Diabetes Metab J 2015;39:272). Hope that the Journal will see that no unethical research is conducted, the procedure followed ethical principal for Medical research following Helsinki Declaration.
